This policy describes what personal data Additor collects, why it collects it, how long it is retained, and the rights you have over that data.
1. Data we collect
Account data (name, email), authentication artefacts (sessions, hashed passwords), workspace data you enter (campaigns, creatives, notes), and technical telemetry (IP, device, browser, event logs).
2. How we use it
To operate the service, authenticate you, run advertising integrations on your behalf, surface analytics, send transactional email, and improve the platform. We do not sell personal data.
3. Sharing with third parties
We share data only with sub-processors that support the service (hosting, email delivery, error monitoring, ad platform APIs you explicitly connect). A list will be published alongside the production version of this page.
4. Retention
Active account data is retained while your account is open. Soft-deleted records follow a 30-day recovery window followed by archival, then a 90-day purge, except for legally required financial records.
5. Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data from the account settings. For requests that require manual handling (e.g. full GDPR erasure), email privacy@additor.example.
6. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and preferences. Optional analytics cookies are off by default and require explicit consent.
7. Changes
Updates to this policy will be posted here with a new 'last updated' date. Material changes will also be announced in-app and via email.
